I believe I am not self employed but God employed.

God seems to have given me five areas to work in.

15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature... 20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.( Mark 16 ).

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. ( Acts 1: 8 ).

I believe I am not self employed but God employed. My job description involves five areas. They are as follows:-

1. Tract production and distribution
2. Preaching ... mainly on the streets at the moment
3. Prayer meetings
4. Computer work which includes the PRAYER AND FASTING NETWORK ( PAFN )web site
5. Tapes and MP3's.

When you look at these activities it is apparent there are various links. For example,
I believe, the Lord said to me, " Start a tape collection." That was ca. 1994.

Sometime later I saw the Lord, I believe, connect " a wire " from my home computer to the Hi Fi.

There are other links eg Tract production and distribution on the streets in conjunction with the open air work. Another is prayer meetings and the PAFN ( computer ) web work.

The types of labour required are:- ...

ROUTINE

* copying and folding of tracts
* copying and labelling of audio cassettes
* copying and labelling of CD's.

... generally Office Type Graft!

CREATIVE

There is another type of graft needed which is more creative and that involves work on the web site ... maintenance, promotion and development; and converting of audio tapes to MP3s which may sound difficult but is not really " rocket science."

... R and D. is another label.

PRAYER AND PREACHING

Last but not least is the area of praying for the requests and for the present work plus going out with the good news ...the outreach work.

So in conclusion the work continues in the above mentioned five areas believing for salvation of souls, breakthroughs in the work and real progress.

Also if there is anyone unemployed and looking for a job may be you should consider work along these lines. You may reply that it sounds good but what about payment of bills. Well I will leave you with two promises from the Bible to chew on:-
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. ( Pslam 23 : 1 )
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
( Philippians 4 :19 ).
